What I Do
I provide lots of resources here to help you be more productive, both at work and in any endeavor you take on, in part by utilizing tools like HoneyBook and Notion.
I love the array of tools and apps available today to help our productivity, and I share about many of them here. Don’t get it twisted though – no tool is the perfect solution.
Learning to use systems to your advantage can help you finally climb the mountain of tasks and things you want to do –
(those extra soul-enriching things you keep putting off….)
Because you will no longer have to live in reaction mode.
It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you aren’t spending your most productive hours putting out fires!
But checking off tasks is just the beginning towards a more intentional, fulfilled life.

My mother would have you believe that my organization skills are all thanks to her, and her incredible list-making abilities… love you Mom, but I began really learning what a great system could do during my time in the military.
I attended technical training for Knowledge Operations Management in early 2012, earning top honors as a Distinguished Graduate. I then spent the next 6 years putting that training to use, and learning all I could to help my unit run more efficiently (not only because I was a good Airman… but also a 1 man shop 😂).
During my time there, I fell in love with Microsoft Access and SharePoint. I haven’t met many other people in this life that have used, much less loved these tools, but for me, it was the start of my obsession with productivity tools.
(Don’t be a hater, I’ll even use Lotus Notes with not a single complaint if I must because they are the OG’s)
Since then I have discovered amazing tools like Notion, Evernote, Obsidian, and more that have let me utilize the skills I learned to truly create well-crafted systems that weave my businesses and daily life together.
After leaving the military I began to dabble in the world of content creation and saw how many wonderful creators struggled to keep up with the creation hampster wheel and were on the verge of major burnout, myself included.
So I decided to pivot and put all that training to use!
When I’m not being a nerd about relational databases and linked thinking, I can be found hanging out with my husband Jonathan and our sweet rescue Bia. As a multi-passionate with ADHD, there’s no telling what’s caught my interest today – but you can be sure whatever it is, I am going all in. I’ll research and learn as much as I can about it while it has my interest. And then I’ll grow and learn something new 😉.
